On my July 22, 2025 flight with Air Albania, I experienced poor flight management that felt unprofessional and disorganized from start to finish. The boarding process was chaotic, the staff seemed undertrained, and no clear communication was provided to passengers throughout the experience.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of my frustration. On my return flight from Tirana on July 26, my flight was delayed not once, but twice—with zero announcements or updates from the airline. No emails, no gate information, no staff to provide clarity. To make matters worse, the same departure gate was assigned to two separate flights at the exact same time, which caused total confusion among travelers waiting to board.
I’ve never felt so unsupported or left in the dark while flying. It’s unacceptable that an airline can repeatedly delay flights without providing basic communication or a clear plan. Air Albania must improve its coordination, provide real-time updates, and ensure its passengers are informed and respected.
I request a formal explanation and compensation for the disruptions and the unnecessary stress caused by this experience.
