Air Albania Flight ZB1011 Delayed Twice Causing Expenses and Missed Plans
On August 8, 2025, my Air Albania flight ZB1011 from Istanbul to Tirana was scheduled to depart at 16:40 but did not take off until 19:45. On my return flight, ZB1011 from Tirana to Istanbul on August 15, 2025, the departure time was 12:20, but the plane only left at 17:00. Both flights were severely delayed, causing me significant financial and emotional distress.
During these delays, I was forced to wait at the airport for hours with no proper communication or support from the airline. I had to pay extra for food and drinks just to get through the long waiting periods. After these frustrating experiences, I contacted Air Albania customer service via email, but I have not received any response.
My PNR number is QJXF67. I am demanding full compensation for both the financial costs I incurred at the airport and the personal inconvenience these delays caused. Air Albania must take responsibility for these repeated delays and reimburse affected passengers accordingly.
