Refund Delay and Lack of Support at Agoda Booking
On September 25, I made a reservation via agoda.com without any security confirmation, and my money was deducted. Immediately, I canceled the booking and received a confirmation email. When I called the hotel today, on September 26, they confirmed that my reservation was canceled.
However, in my email communications, I constantly receive automated responses. The live support also provides the same information repeatedly. There is no way to contact a different number or speak to a real person.
Furthermore, they claim the issue is resolved, but I have not received my refund. When will my money be reimbursed? They say 30-45 business days, but there are many people, like me, who have not received their money back, as I see on the website.
