Refund Delay and Lack of Support at Agoda Booking
"I still haven't received my money. You say you have processed the refund and to check with the bank, but there is no money deposited. I spoke with the bank, and they said you have initiated a refund inquiry, but there is no money deposited. I want my refund to be processed. I want my money back. I have sent you an email regarding this issue and am waiting for your response."
On September 25, I made a reservation via agoda.com without any security co...nfirmation, and my money was deducted. Immediately, I canceled the booking
