Agoda Charged Me for a Canceled Pattaya Grand Hotel Booking
On February 2, I made a reservation at Pattaya Grand Hotel through Agoda. However, the hotel canceled my booking, and Agoda’s system shows that no payment was taken. But when I checked my bank statement, the money was actually deducted from my account.
I contacted Agoda’s customer service, but all I got was an automated response insisting that no payment was made. This is unacceptable! My money is missing, and I have no confirmation or refund. To make matters worse, there is no way to reach a real support agent for help.
I demand an immediate refund for the amount deducted. Agoda must fix this issue and provide real customer support—I am now afraid to book again!
