Agoda Reservation Made by Mistake – Unable to Cancel or Get Refund

My child accidentally made a payment on Agoda.com, and I only noticed when I received a message from the bank. The payment was processed without any password or confirmation. When I tried to cancel the reservation (ID: 1440857704), Agoda’s system stated that cancellations are not allowed.

I contacted the hotel directly, and they said they would cancel the booking if Agoda reached out to them. However, Agoda provides no way for direct communication, leaving us stuck and unable to resolve this.

Agoda, this situation is highly frustrating and unfair. I request immediate assistance to cancel the reservation and issue a refund. Customers should not face such difficulties in resolving accidental transactions. Please address this promptly.
