Parimatch Turned My Real Money Deposit Into a Locked Bonus

Today at approximately 10:30 a.m., I deposited 850 INR into my Parimatch account via UPI. After the deposit, the entire amount was locked as a bonus, and I am unable to use it in any way. The balance is not available for normal betting or withdrawal, and there is no clear explanation in my account about why it has been locked like this. I tried to get help, but there is no proper customer support option, only automated responses, and I could not reach a real representative to resolve this issue. This situation makes my deposit unusable and leaves me without any clear information about my own money. I request that my 850 INR deposit be immediately unlocked as a real, usable balance in my account, or refunded back to the UPI payment method I used. I also ask that Parimatch provide clear and accessible customer support so that such issues can be resolved quickly in the future.
