Agoda Charged My Card Without Consent – Refund Request for Booking ID 1498349444

I entered my credit card details on Agoda just to view the final price with taxes included. To my shock, they charged my card without my consent, without asking for approval or sending a confirmation code! I tried to cancel immediately, within seconds, but there was no resolution. Reaching customer service is impossible – there’s no human support, only a chatbot!

I’ve already informed the hotel, and they confirmed receiving the information at the same time. Agoda, return my money immediately. I’ll also dispute this unauthorized transaction with my bank. How could the bank allow this charge without my approval? I demand Agoda address this issue and provide a refund promptly.
