On February 17, 2025, at 14:23, I received an email from Agoda confirming a hotel reservation (Booking No: 1538846340). Since I had not made this reservation, I immediately contacted the hotel to verify the details. However, the hotel had no record of any booking under my name.

Just five minutes later, at 14:28, I received another email stating that the reservation had been canceled. Despite this, Agoda still charged my credit card, and the cancellation email clearly stated that I would not receive a refund. This is completely unacceptable!

To make matters worse, Agoda provides no direct customer support, and I cannot find a corporate email or phone number to resolve the issue. Additionally, I never received a credit card authorization code for this transaction, which raises serious concerns about security.

I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge and expect Agoda to take responsibility for this issue. How can a booking be confirmed, canceled within minutes, and still be charged without any option for a refund? Agoda must fix this situation immediately!
