Unauthorized Famradar Subscription Took TSH 144,071.33 From My Account

On 13 March 2026, at around 00:13 Tanzania time, a payment was made from my Mpesa card ending with 0847, which is connected to Apple Pay, for a Famradar subscription that I never requested or approved. The transaction appears on my Mpesa statement as a card transaction for TSH 144,071.33 with “FAMRADAR +165031974** US” at 09:12 PM on 13/03/2026. I had never heard of Famradar before this and have never subscribed to their service or given any consent for such a payment. This is my first time seeing the name Famradar, and I do not know how they obtained my details or initiated this subscription. I tried to reach Famradar directly, but it is very difficult to contact them, and I was not able to get through. I then contacted M-Pesa and asked them to block any further payments to Famradar, and they informed me that they are working on it. I request a full refund of the entire amount charged in this unauthorized transaction and the immediate cancellation of any Famradar subscription that may have been created in my name without my consent. I also want a clear investigation into how my payment information was used for this subscription and assurance that this will not happen again in the future.
