Parimatch Took My ₹90,000 UPI Deposit but Never Credited My Account

I am writing regarding a serious issue with a missing deposit on my Parimatch account. On March 13, 2026, at around 18:18, I made a UPI deposit of ₹90,000 to my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. The deposit was made via UPI, and the transaction/UTR reference number is 643831210623. My Parimatch account ID is 169054781. As soon as I noticed that the money had been debited from my bank account but was not reflected in my Parimatch balance, I created a support ticket through the official Parimatch website and uploaded all required screenshots along with the UTR details. However, I have not received any response or resolution so far. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the ₹90,000 either be immediately credited to my Parimatch wallet or returned to my UPI account, as the funds have already been deducted from my side. I also request a clear update from your support team regarding the status of my ticket and the reason for this delay.
