Agoda Charged My Card Without Confirmation for Incorrect Reservation Dates
While trying to check price information, I accidentally created a reservation for the wrong dates. Without any notification or confirmation request from my bank, Agoda directly charged my credit card. When I requested a refund, the hotel refused to return the amount and stated that they could not process a refund.
This situation has caused significant distress, and I feel completely stuck. Agoda must urgently address this issue and assist in resolving my refund request. My reservation ID is 1440804492.
