Agoda Event Ticket Not Received Despite Confirmation Email

I purchased an event ticket through Agoda, but despite the confirmation stating it would be emailed, the ticket has not arrived in my inbox (and it’s not in spam either). Additionally, it’s not showing up in my Agoda reservations, making it impossible to contact customer service for help. My reservation number is 482428507, and my email is p*******@hotmail.com. I am very disappointed by the lack of support and clarity in resolving this. I urgently request Agoda to either resend my ticket or make it accessible within my account. I expect prompt assistance in resolving this issue immediately.
