My Konami ID Was Hacked - Need The Hacked ID Removed

I am an eFootball player on Android from Nigeria and I am writing because my account has been hijacked, even though I can still log in through Google Play. Someone has taken control of my account and changed the email address linked to it, and the current email on the account is not mine. I still have my in-game username and user ID number, so the account can be clearly identified, but I no longer have proper control because of the hijacker. I first noticed this problem on 3 May, and since then I have been very worried about the security of my account and the time and money I have invested in the game. I have made purchases and have paid content and other valuable items on this account, and I can provide all necessary evidence that the account and the purchases belong to me. All evidence is still active and available if needed for verification. I contacted Konami support and was told that I am number 7,333,400 in the queue and that it would take two weeks to receive a reply. This waiting time is very stressful for me because during this period the hijacker may continue to use or damage my account and any purchased content. I kindly request that my account be fully recovered, that the hijacker be removed, and that the linked email be reset to an email address that belongs to me, after you verify my ownership with the user ID, username, purchase history, and any other required information. I am asking for your urgent help to secure my account and protect the money and time I have invested in eFootball.
