Agoda Canceled My Reservation and Did Not Provide a Refund or Support

I was trying to change the date of my reservation on the Agoda website, but I ended up canceling it by mistake, which I really didn't mean to do. I still haven't gotten my refund for the reservation, even though it was canceled. On top of everything, I can't seem to find anyone to reach out to about getting my booking back on track. I feel stuck because there’s no clear way to communicate and sort out these issues. I thought Agoda would provide better support for situations like this, especially since errors can occur. My reservation number is 77-4182217, and I would appreciate it if you could reinstate my reservation or issue a refund as soon as possible. Thank you! This experience has really left me feeling unhappy.
