My Agoda Booking Not Accepted by Hotel

I made a ticket through Agoda, but the front desk at the hotel won't take it. I've been waiting for the proof of the reservation for several hours, but nothing has happened. I was told by the hotel staff that they need the confirmation email, but they haven't gotten it yet, so I can't check in.

This is not appropriate and is very frustrating. This problem needs to be fixed right away so I can continue my stay. I made an order with the number 1500892272. Please make sure that the hotel gets the information right away. I expect a quick answer and solution to this problem. Any booking tool should not have this lack of coordination.
