Adobe Won’t Let Me Cancel Photoshop Subscription Without High Fee
About two months ago, I started a monthly Photoshop subscription, but I have barely used it since then. Now that I want to cancel the subscription, when I try to do so through my Adobe account, I see a warning stating that I will be charged over 2,000 TRY (approximately $62). This effectively makes it impossible to cancel the subscription.
When I go to the payment method section, I encounter this high cancellation fee warning, but there is no clear option that allows me to cancel the subscription without a penalty. Additionally, I cannot find any accessible customer support or live chat option on their website, so I am forced to deal with this issue on my own without being able to contact anyone.
I am requesting that this unused subscription be canceled without any additional charges or penalties, and that no unjust fees be applied. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
