Adobe Subscription Billing Used a Deleted Card

5

I purchased an Adobe Premiere Pro subscription and used it for several months. After that, I removed my old payment card from my Adobe account and added a new one. However, whenever Adobe was unable to charge my new card, it continued charging my old card every month without notifying me, even though I had already removed it from my account.

The fact that Adobe continued processing payments on a card I had intentionally deleted is unacceptable from both a security and customer trust standpoint. What concerns me even more is that I was never notified that this was happening. I discovered the recurring charges purely by accident.

Because of this experience, I have completely lost my trust in Adobe. I expect Adobe to explain how a removed payment method continued to be used for billing, review its payment security practices, and ensure that this cannot happen again to me or other customers.
