Adobe Subscription Charging My Card Without Account Access

In January, I signed up for a one-week free trial of Adobe Premiere Pro for a school assignment. Before the trial period ended, I canceled the subscription and closed my account. Despite this, when the billing date arrived, $18 was charged to my Yapı Kredi bank card. At that time, I couldn’t find any phone number or accessible support channel to contact Adobe, and the support options I tried did not resolve my issue.
To understand why I was charged, I attempted to log back into my account to remove or update my payment method. Although I believed I had canceled the subscription, I assumed the system had not processed the cancellation correctly, which is why I was charged. However, this time I couldn’t access my account at all. When I tried to log in, I received a message saying that no such account exists. Despite this, charges continued to be made to my card for a plan tied to an account that supposedly does not exist, and since I couldn’t log in, I was unable to cancel the subscription.
I experienced the same issue again this month, and in February, another charge of $18 was taken from my card. I currently have no access to my Adobe account, and the only records I have are the charges shown on my bank statement. Today, I also contacted Adobe support via email and explained the situation, but I have not yet received a response.
I do not accept being charged for a subscription tied to an account that is said not to exist. I am requesting a full refund of the charges made to my Yapı Kredi card in January and February (totaling approximately $36) and that my Adobe Premiere Pro subscription be fully canceled.
