Adobe Charged My Card Without My Consent and I Cannot Reach Support

The company I previously worked for saved my card numbers and purchased Adobe products without my knowledge. I discovered this through a notification message from my bank. It is unacceptable for my personal financial information to be used without my consent, and this is a clear violation of my privacy. I have been trying to contact Adobe representatives but have not been able to find any communication channel. Despite my best efforts to resolve this matter directly, I have been met with silence, which only adds to my frustration. I am requesting a refund of ₺13,164 for the unauthorized charge made to my card. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I expect Adobe to take immediate responsibility to rectify this issue. If this issue is not resolved, I will proceed with the necessary legal actions.
