Adobe Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription
On June 18, 2026, I signed up for Adobe Acrobat's free PDF plan and canceled the subscription later that same day. Despite canceling it immediately, Adobe charged my account approximately $3 on June 26, 2026.
I do not accept being charged after canceling the subscription within the applicable period, and I have been unable to reach anyone who can properly assist me with this issue. I request a full refund of the approximately $3 that was charged to my account and want to ensure that no additional or recurring charges related to this subscription are made in the future.
I respectfully ask Adobe to investigate this matter as soon as possible, provide me with an update on the outcome, refund the charge, and confirm that the subscription has been fully canceled.
