Adobe Acrobat Double Payment Issue During Subscription Cancellation

On September 22, 2025, I attempted to cancel my one-year Adobe Acrobat mobile subscription due to the high renewal cost. During the cancellation process, I was charged an early termination fee of over ₺400. However, the next day, the same amount was charged again from my account.

Since I have already closed my Adobe account, I am unable to contact customer service and haven’t been able to get any assistance.

I had been paying for the subscription for 10 months, and I canceled before the full year ended. I am requesting a refund of the extra charge, as I was billed twice during the cancellation process. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I expect a quick resolution.
