Why Wasn't My Gift T-Shirt Sent by Adidas?

On May 5th, I took part in the Wings for Life World Run that was held in Kuruçeşme. The Adidas running t-shirts, which were supposed to be distributed prior to the race, have not been given out yet due to stock issues. It has been nearly two weeks and the problem has not been resolved. It appears that both the organizing team and sponsor Adidas are evading responsibility and providing vague answers. I'm submitting this complaint because of their unscrupulous conduct; otherwise, our intention was merely to proceed.
