Adidas Put Run Women's Sneakers Faded and Exterior Fabric  Ripped

I saw that the shoes have lost a lot of color and the fabric is kinda worn out, they are called Adidas Put Run Women Shoes, just got these and the color is already fading and the fabric is falling apart. It sucks to see these shoes falling apart so quickly, especially since I hardly wore them, maybe a few times.  I sent the shoes back to Adidas to get them checked out and fixed. But, the reply I got was kinda vague and not really satisfying. It's super sketchy that the company didn't give a good reason for why the shoes fell apart.  I spent a lot on these shoes, so can you please check them out and let me know what's up with them? Also, can I please get a refund? I can't really afford to buy a new one right now. Adidas should totally fix this by checking it out with some quality control experts to figure out why it's wearing out so fast.
