My Adidas Strutter Shoes Tore After Just Two Weeks of Use

My Adidas Strutter Shoes Tore After Just Two Weeks of Use
31

I had high hopes for my Adidas Strutter sneakers, but unfortunately, after only two weeks of use, the lining above the laces began to tear. This issue arising so quickly was truly surprising and frustrating to handle. I submitted a return request, but it was denied with the reasoning that the damage resulted from improper use or care, which I find confusing in my situation. I wore the shoes gently for casual daily strolls and took great care of them. A product from a brand such as Adidas really shouldn't deteriorate this fast. I am disappointed with the quality of the shoes and the customer service response I got. This experience really threw me off balance.
