My Adidas Shoes Got Deformed but They Blamed Me for It

Adidas claims that the shoes I bought in February were damaged due to user error, even though I cleaned them exactly as instructed in the manual and only wore them two days a week, making sure to let them air out. I always store my shoes in a dry, ventilated area and avoid exposing them to harsh conditions. Despite this careful use, the shoes became deformed and now look worn out, but Adidas refuses to acknowledge the issue. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive and offered no real support or explanation. This has made me question the competence of their so-called experts in Turkey.
