My Adidas Hoops 3.0 Low Shoes Cracked and Split in 5 Months but Warranty Denied

I purchased the Adidas Hoops 3.0 Low Classic Vintage men’s sneakers on August 13, 2024. Within just 5 months of normal, everyday use, the shoes began to show severe defects—splitting at the seams and visible surface cracking. These are not minor scuffs but serious structural failures that no premium sneaker should exhibit in such a short time.
I sent the shoes in for warranty inspection on April 16, 2025, expecting Adidas to stand behind their product. However, on May 7, 2025, the shoes were returned without any repair or action. The reason? They blamed "user error" without providing a clear technical explanation. That’s unacceptable. I didn’t misuse these shoes—they were worn under regular conditions, not for sports or rough activity.
This kind of deterioration clearly points to a manufacturing or material defect, and ignoring it shows a major flaw in Adidas’s quality control and customer care process. I do not accept the vague and dismissive warranty rejection. I am requesting a proper reassessment and expect either a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
