Adidas Forum Low Sneakers Torn After 5 Months – Repair Request Denied

On May 27, 2024, I purchased the Adidas Forum Low Unisex White Sneakers for my daughter. After only a few months, the sneakers developed side splits, and the inner lining started to tear. When I contacted the seller, they instructed me to send the shoes to Adidas for inspection. I sent them on October 22, 2024, and by October 24, I received a message stating that “the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect.”

It’s frustrating to see Adidas not standing behind their products. Checking the Xolvie site, I noticed that many customers have received identical, templated responses dismissing their claims. I urge Adidas to take this issue seriously and compensate for the defect in their product.
