I Face Adidas Gore Tex Shoes Not Waterproof and Request Replacement

Approximately 15 months ago, I purchased a pair of Adidas Gore-Tex shoes from the ArmoniPark store in Sefaköy and paid $140. I specifically chose this product because it was advertised as waterproof.

However, even though the product still has 7 months of warranty remaining, the shoes have started to let water in. After noticing the issue, I returned the product to the ArmoniPark store where I purchased it, but my request was rejected following their inspection.

Despite this, I believe the product is defective because it is marketed as Gore-Tex (waterproof) and is still under warranty, yet it fails to perform its primary function. I chose this product specifically for its waterproof feature, and experiencing this issue before the warranty period has ended is unacceptable.

For this reason, I am requesting that Adidas replace my defective shoes with a new pair under warranty.
