I Can’t Return My Faulty Adidas Adizero Evo SL with Heel Balance Issue

I recently purchased a brand new pair of Adidas Adizero Evo SL running shoes, and right out of the box, I noticed a serious defect. There’s a clear balance problem in the right heel—it feels unstable and throws off my posture while walking or running. I’ve only worn the shoes twice because I’m genuinely afraid I might injure myself if I keep using them.
