I ordered a pair of Adidas adi2000 shoes from Adidas.com, and when they got wet, I discovered they had obvious paint touch-ups. However, due to our country's hyperinflation, these shoes, which I purchased a few months ago at an exorbitant price of around 2500 TL in installments, now cost nearly double. Instead of a simple 1:1 exchange, they expect me to pay an additional 2500 TL on top of the original purchase price for a new pair. I am requesting a fair exchange for the defective shoes.
