Adidas Quality Concerns: My Expensive Shoes Fell Apart

I paid 2,250 Turkish Lira for a pair of Adidas shoes, and after only four months of use, the front mesh part began to unravel. I took great care of my shoes, even using foam for periodic maintenance, and I never washed them to avoid damage. When the shoes started falling apart, I was genuinely surprised and disappointed because it raised concerns about their quality. To address this issue, I sent the shoes to Yali Spor's warranty service, hoping for a resolution. I decided to contact Adidas directly after a few weeks of no updates. To my dismay, I was told that the problem was due to "user error." According to them, I must have used something sharp to damage the front of the shoe, making it a user error for which they had no recourse. Now I have to ask, why would anyone intentionally damage their possessions? Especially with such expensive shoes as these? Is there a quality issue with Adidas' new-season shoes that they aren't addressing? I urge Adidas to resolve my complaint immediately, or I will take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board for a fair resolution.
