Adidas Terrex Tracerocker GTX Men's Black Outdoor Shoes Non-Waterproof
I bought a 4-month-old pair of Adidas Terrex Tracerocker GTX Men's Black Outdoor shoes that said they were waterproof. Water seeped through the seams when I wore them in heavy rain. I paid extra for the Gore-Tex model to avoid this problem, but it still failed to keep my feet dry. I sent the shoes to Adidas twice for inspection, but they both returned them, claiming user error and a lack of maintenance. I've only worn the shoes about 15-20 times in four months. What kind of care does a 4-month-old pair need? When I questioned their decision and stated that it was not my fault, the customer service representatives were unable to provide an explanation. I had to seek resolution through the Consumer Court after becoming frustrated with Adidas' inability to resolve the issue.
