I Am Over 18 but Umingle Still Banned My Account

My Umingle account with the email address **bahrainrizky***@gmail.com** was suddenly banned yesterday night. When I tried to log in, I simply could not access the account and was unable to enter, even though I am over 18 years old and have not committed any violations or inappropriate behavior that I am aware of. I do not understand the reason for this ban and I have not received any clear information explaining what rule I supposedly violated. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban on my account be lifted, as I believe this is a mistake. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of the reason for the ban, if any, so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
