Adidas Gore-tex Waterproof Shoe Disappointment

I had issues with both the T23316427 and the T23323755 product review reports. The shoes I bought are not ordinary; I chose them based on the following information: "Innovative technologies like raxion and gore-tex will take your performance to the next level." Adidas shoes strive for perfection! Even in the most difficult conditions, you don't want to sacrifice style. You're in the right place at the right time." Gore-tex fabrics are waterproof, as stated in the shoe's detailed features. These shoes are designed for outdoor use and are sold with this feature in mind. Both pairs of shoes, however, are leaking from the same location. This occurred in a little more than a year. "The examination revealed that there was no manufacturing defect in the product you applied for, but it was determined that the product underwent incorrect handling during usage or maintenance," according to the review reports. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have not been used and maintained as recommended." As there is no such problem with the shoes, I would like an explanation of the recommended usage as well as a description of the incorrect handling.
