Adidas Shoes from In Street Store Not Replaced Despite Warranty and Manufacturing Defect

We purchased a pair of Adidas shoes from the In Street store, and despite having a warranty and visible manufacturing defects, the store has refused to provide a replacement. The shoes have repeatedly torn in the exact same spot, which is unlikely to be a coincidence. When we bought them, we were assured that even a small tear would qualify for an immediate exchange, regardless of the cause.

I kindly request that Adidas honor its commitment to quality and address this issue promptly.
