Adidas 4DFWD 2 W Sneakers Almost Popped Open in the Front

Unfortunately, Adidas, a well-known global brand, won't take responsibility for my 5,000k shoes that got a hole in the front after only six months of use. Even though there is clear evidence of a manufacturing defect in the toe area, the company keeps saying it was user error and won't honor my warranty claim. This lack of responsibility is disappointing, especially since they put a lot of work into their product. As a loyal customer, I thought a well-known brand like Adidas would have better customer service and support. This experience not only makes me doubt the company, but it also makes me worry about the quality and durability of their products.
