I bought the Adidas H00462 postmove casual shoes in August 2023. After about 5-6 months, cracks started to appear on it. I have never used the shoes in running or sports areas. In summary, I did not engage in any destructive activities. But it spontaneously cracked. I buy this shoe for long-term use, but it cracks in 5 months. I returned it to Adidas via Trendyol in July and sent it for review. However, after the inspection, I was informed that there was no problem in production. How can a spot that the shoe will never come into contact with crack for no reason? I believe that such a result was deliberately not given due to the fact that the shoe's warranty was 1 month before the end of its warranty. I will never recommend Adidas because they do not stand behind their products and do not provide the necessary support. This refund process is still ongoing. When it comes to shoes, I will return them again. You cannot sell a good product to people without selling it. I would like to be called if necessary, I only request an exchange or refund, there is no other problem.
