Adidas Ortholite Sneakers Have a Defective and Uneven Heel

In September 2025 I bought a pair of Adidas Ortholite sneakers from Instreet. From the first moment, I noticed that there was a manufacturing defect at the back part of the shoes: one of the heels is deformed and visibly different from the other, which shows that the product is not in proper condition. Because of this deformation and the difference between the two shoes, I am not satisfied with the product and I do not think it is suitable for normal use. I would be happy if an exchange is made, but I leave it to your discretion to decide on the most appropriate solution. I kindly request that my product be examined and that a solution such as exchange, refund or another appropriate option be provided as soon as possible.
