Adidas Shoes Deformed in Seven Months - Claim Rejected
On 21.09.2025, I purchased a pair of Adidas sports shoes for ₺2,500 from the Adidas store located in Ankara Acity Shopping Mall. After using the product for approximately 7 months, the shoes started to open at certain points and showed a clear deformation. For this reason, on 18.04.2026 I handed the shoes over for inspection through the Adidas Acity store, and I received an information message stating that the process was initiated with the tracking number T26622926 B002. In the following notification, I was informed that my request was rejected as a result of the inspection, that no action would be taken, and that I had to collect the product from the store. I do not find it normal or acceptable that a sports shoe deforms and opens up in such a short period of time under normal use. I believe that the shoes have a defect arising from production or material quality. Therefore, I kindly request that my product be re-examined, that it be processed within the scope of a defective product, and that my shoes be exchanged with a new pair of the same features.
