adidas Sent Me Park Street Shoes That Turned Yellow After a Few Uses
On September 14, 2023, I ordered a pair of Adidas brand shoes labeled “Park Street Ayakkabı” with the product code IG9847 from Adidas’s official website and online shopping app (www.adidas.com.tr). After using the product only a few times, I noticed yellowing on the outer surface of the shoes. The shoes were used properly and were not exposed to any external damage. This issue indicates a defect related to production or materials and should be considered a defective product under the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. The product is still under warranty, with approximately five months remaining. Therefore, I kindly request that the necessary procedures be initiated for either a return or replacement with a non-defective product. I also request to be informed in writing following the appropriate inspection.
