Adidas Response Shoes Seam Openings and Refund Request

17

About 40 days ago, I purchased a pair of Adidas Response men’s sports shoes. After a short period of use, deformations and seam openings occurred on the inner bending areas of both shoes. The damage is clearly visible and, in my opinion, not compatible with the quality that Adidas promises. I initiated a return process and sent the shoes for inspection. However, my return request was rejected with the justification that the problem was due to user error and external factors. I do not accept this assessment, because the wear and seam separation in such a short time indicates a production or material defect rather than improper use. I kindly request that my situation be reconsidered, my complaint be taken seriously, and that I be provided with a full refund for the shoes. I expect Adidas to stand behind its product and offer a solution that does not cause further loss to me.
