Adidas Didn’t Honor the Warranty After My Running Shoes Fell Apart in Less Than a Year

I bought running shoes from Adidas, and less than a year later, there was a separation between the front sole and the fabric on the right shoe. I only used the shoes for sports, and I'm not even a professional athlete. I'm a government employee who works six days a week, and when I get the chance, I usually go for walks and runs in a park with a cushioned surface. So despite not using the shoes excessively, they started to fall apart before the warranty expired. When I sent them for inspection, they were returned to me with the claim that the damage was caused by impact. There was no impact at all; it's clearly a product defect, and it's disappointing that a well-known brand like Adidas doesn’t stand behind their product. I'm sharing this to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration. We pay extra for reputable brands expecting quality, but unfortunately, they don’t honor their warranties either.

When I have the opportunity, I usually walk and run in a park with a rubber floor. So, even though I didn't use them much, the shoes came apart before the warranty expired. When I sent them for inspection, they were returned to me, stating that the issue was due to an impact. There was no impact; it is completely a product defect. A well-known brand like Adidas does not stand behind their product. I am sharing this so that you don't experience the same inconvenience I did.
