Adidas Faulty Shoe & Rude Service (Exchange Denied)




On April 6, 2024, I bought three pairs of shoes—one adult and two children—from the Adidas store in Ankara Optimum. Due to the haste before the holiday and staff shortages, the products were given over without being thoroughly inspected. I got the sneakers, one of which was unboxed, at the cash register. When I wore them on the holiday morning, I found a little flaw in one of the shoes. When I returned from my vacation, on April 12, 2024, I went to the store to exchange the merchandise for the same model. They listened to me in a prejudiced manner and spoke disrespectfully to other customers. They kept saying, "Enough, tired of the holiday rush, campaign rush." They also had verbal disputes with other customers. The security camera footage from that day can attest to this. Afterwards, I received a negative reaction about the product, and they did not help me. I would want to request either an exchange for the same goods or a refund. In addition, I will notify the Consumer Arbitration Committee of this circumstance.
