Adidas Unexplained Cancellation and Unjust Withdrawal of Order
The shoes, which I purchased at a discount from Adidas' website on 29.11.2023 with Order Number: ATR02686678, were 'returned' to Adidas before they were even delivered to me, after they arrived at Istanbul Sancaktepe Yurtici Kargo delivery unit on 01.12.2023. Canceling the order without my personal request for cancellation and without any explanation by Adidas creates a grievance for the consumer. I also have information that this product has reached different buyers. It is a great injustice for my product to be withdrawn while delivering the same product to different buyers. I request that the product, which I purchased via Adidas' own website, be sent to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee using my legal rights.
