Adidas Does Not Support the Defective Product!!!
My daughter got her shoes from the Adidas store before school started in September. We noticed the ankle of her shoe had cracked/torn on October 9 and took it to the store on October 14. The store staff forwarded it to their headquarters for review. We went to the store today (November 1) to inquire about the product's status and were surprised by the response from headquarters. They claimed that it was not properly maintained in accordance with the usage instructions! User error has been claimed! I send her to school in the morning, and she only wears it from Monday to Friday. This totals 20 business days from the time we received it. To be honest, the 2,495 TL shoes were discarded after 20 days. Dear Adidas, for many years you have been the most dependable company. Of course, the aforementioned. The shoe has yet to arrive at the store; when it does, I'll send it back for review, which will take another 21 business days! We had to forcefully acquire it in these economic conditions, the shoe was damaged in a short period of time, and you classified it as a user error. You did not back the product you sold, and it failed quickly. What does this have to do with institutionalism? How can I reestablish my faith in your company and recommend it to my family? You're a long way from being institutionalized. Yes, I will struggle, but I will never buy from your company again. I will not recommend it to any of my family members, relatives, coworkers, or social circles. Anyone planning to buy should be warned. Adidas fails to live up to its name!
Progress
You are a company that no one should ever choose! There is no contact person, no access to the review team! You are a brand that does not stand behind faulty products, making unfair profits from products that people can only buy by cutting back on everything else. I will not choose your company again.
"You are a company that should never be preferred."
