Umingle Banned My Chat Feature for Gender Searching Without Explanation

Umingle suddenly banned my account from using the chat feature, accusing me of gender searching, even though I was not doing any kind of gender-based searching or filtering when this happened. I did not receive any warning, pop-up, email, or clear explanation before or after the ban, so I do not know on what basis this decision was made. I am currently still banned from chat and cannot use this main feature of the platform, which is very frustrating because I believe I have followed the rules. I kindly request that my account and the ban decision be reviewed in detail, that the alleged reason for the ban be clearly explained to me if there is any misunderstanding, and that my chat ban be removed as soon as possible so that I can continue using Umingle normally.
