On 28.04.2025, I purchased a pair of Adidas turf football shoes from E**** B**** Spor at Samsun Piazza, with invoice number 1992577. I paid ₺2609 and was clearly told the product came with a 12-month warranty. I used the shoes strictly on turf fields and only for their intended purpose — no misuse, no abuse, just careful, appropriate use.
Shockingly, within only 60 days, the shoes started coming apart at the sides. I returned to the store to report the issue, and they forwarded the shoes to Adidas for inspection. But the result I received was unacceptable: my return and exchange request was rejected on the grounds of “user error.”
Let me be clear — I followed every guideline and only used the shoes on turf as designed. There’s absolutely no justification for blaming me for a clear product failure within such a short time. The shoes are still under warranty, and I find it completely unfair that Adidas refuses to stand behind their product.
I demand a proper resolution. Either refund my money or replace the shoes. Adidas, your customers deserve reliability, not excuses. Don’t hide behind generic “user error” responses — fix this.
