Adidas Claims Shoe Tears Are User Error


After purchasing a pair of shoes from the Adidas store located at Istanbul Viaport and sending them in for inspection because one of the soles spontaneously tore, the shoes were returned to me with the claim that I had made a mistake while wearing them. Unfortunately, my product has not yet been delivered, and I have not received any updates regarding its status. I was informed in response to my inquiry that my request for the T23341696-tracked item could not be approved because it was not possible to do so.
