Brand New Adidas Superstar Tears After 2 Wears
On March 22nd, 2024, I bought a pair of Adidas Superstar shoes from the Adidas store at Forum Istanbul. After barely two wears, the front of the sneaker tore! Despite the obvious manufacturing flaw, the store staff blamed it on user mistake.
When I requested a replacement for the damaged shoes, it was sadly denied. Additionally, seeking assistance from the workers at the Vadi Istanbul branch was ineffective.
The entire process is quite annoying! My brand-new shoes are damaged after only a few wears, and Adidas customer care appears unwilling to accept responsibility for the evident flaw.
